This gold medal gives also the promotion to the Paraolimpic Games in London next year.

Natalia Partyka, Otylia Jędrzejczak, Paweł Wojciechowski and Marek Plawgo - these are the Polish athletes who was chosen to the VISA team. It is a support programme aranged by VISA, one of the biggest sponsor of Olimpic and Paraolimpic Games. There are 51 athletes from 21 countries who joined to that programme (including our four and Michael Phelps for example). They will be training hard to make good results and qualification to the Olimpic Games and VISA will be help them on that way.

19 years old Michał Czekaj from Wisła Kraków made his debut in Polish Ekstraklasa last weekend. He played full 90 minutes in game against Korona Kielce (0:0). This is very strong central defender, member of youth National Team of Poland and Wisła will be happy about that player in the future. Also other young Wisła's player Michał Chrapek is making big steps in his career. He is on loan in 1st League club Kolejarz Stróże and he play there very well.

Two another victories were gained by Kamil Stoch this weekend in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Our ski-jumper was the best in two Continental Cup competition in Germany. On Friday he made a jump on 138 meters. It was one and only series due to strong wind. The second was Stefan Hula (135,5 m), and third Andreas Strolz (134,5 m). On Saturday Kamil reached 134 and 132,5 meters. The second was Andreas Strolz and third Dawid Kubacki. What a good weekend for Kamil!

Great jumps were made by Kamil Stoch in Planica last weekend. Our ski-jumper landed on 218m in one of his jump in individual competition and he finished 16th. In the team competition he made one more personal best - 222,5 meters. It was really close for Polish team to gain bronze medals. One bad jump made by Łukasz Rutkowski in difficult weather condition decided that Polish team finished the competition on 4th place. The competition was won by Austria, the second was Norway and the third - Finland.

Marcin Robak scored his 11th goal for Widzew Łódź this season. It toke place in the match against Dolcan Ząbki, which was won by Widzew 3:0 last weekend.
